Skyrim Special Edition, DOOM and Wolfenstein II coming to Nintendo Switch

Earlier this year, we revealed The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for Nintendo Switch, but that’s not the end of our Switch news for 2017. During the latest Nintendo Direct, DOOM and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus were also revealed as upcoming titles for the play-anywhere/anytime system. In addition to these huge announcements, we’ve also got some launch windows to look forward to!
Skyrim will hit Switch first on November 17, followed by DOOM during this year’s holiday season, with Wolfenstein II rounding it out in 2018. We will have plenty more details in the coming weeks and months, but for now, take a look at the full Nintendo Direct for more information. If you want to skip to the Bethesda news, it starts at 24:38.

Skyrim was revealed for Switch in June, and will include all-new gameplay features like motion controls for combat and lockpicking, outfits and gear from The Legend of Zelda, plus bonus loot unlocked from compatible The Legend of Zelda amiibo. In addition to these new features, Skyrim for Switch will come fully loaded with all official add-ons: Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn.
